Meet the Team

Dr. Mountford attended Wayne State University for his undergraduate degree. Following graduation, he then worked at the University of Michigan for six years performing engineering and cancer research. He then changed course and pursued his dream of becoming a dentist. He attended the University of Michigan School of Dentistry where he graduated with honors and was recognized for excellence by the Francis B. Vedder Society of Crown and Bridge Prosthodontics. Dr. Mountford prides himself on keeping up to date on all aspects of dentistry and enjoys attending frequent continuing education courses.

He is married to his wife Jennifer and has two young children, Emily and Andrew. He likes spending time with his family, golfing, fishing, and cooking. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.

Dr. Ruszkowski grew up in Schoolcraft, MI and attended Hope College where he met his wife, Andie. After four years in Holland, they knew they would return to the lakeshore. Dr. Ruszkowski attended the University of Michigan for dental school and did an optional 1 year of extra training in General Practice Residency in Denver. While they loved their time in the mountains, they returned to Michigan be near family just in time for their first child, Scott, to be born in September of 2015.

In his free time, Dr. Ruszkowski loves spending time with family and friends. He enjoys camping, hiking, skiing, cooking, and watching U of M sports. Both he and his wife love the community and culture of Grand Haven and look forward to calling it home.

Dr. Joshua Andaloro joined our practice in 2022. Dr. Andaloro went to Michigan State for his undergraduate degree which means that Mountford & Ruszkowski Family Dentistry has both a “Go Blue” and a “Go Green” college graduate - we can now please both sides of the college rivalry. After MSU, Dr. Josh headed over to Wisconsin where he then attended and graduated from Marquette University’s School of Dentistry. 

Prior to joining us, Dr. Josh Andaloro practiced Dentistry in Muskegon for the last 5 years. He enjoys all aspects of Dentistry and is thrilled to be a part of the Mountford & Ruszkowski Team. Dr. Andaloro lives in Grand Haven with his wife, Brenna, and their son Jace. They also have a mini golden doodle named Penny. In their free time, they both love to golf and spend time outdoors enjoying the beautiful town of Grand Haven.
